2. Your account & one login
Felag issues a single identity token that authenticates you across all products under your subscription. We collect the email address, company name, and password hash needed to create and maintain your account. We do not sell your personal information. 3. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account registration, product content, support requests), information generated automatically as you use the products (usage logs, timestamps, device identifiers), and information from integrations you authorize (e.g. SSO providers). 4. Data ownership & export
All project data, bid records, prequal responses, field logs, and manifests you upload remain your property. You may export your data at any time through in-product tools. 5. Security
Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is governed by role-based controls and, on Suite plans, SSO/SAML. Audit logs provide a traceable record of every material action. 6. Changes to this policy
